Gem Source was founded in 1989 by Jim Salyer, a registered gemologist, with the emphasis on high quality gems, jewelry, and personal hands on expert service. We were originally located in an office location on Lane Allen Rd in Lexington and moved to our current location, 368 Southland Dr. in 2001
